Downstairs cork flooring, wool-carpeted bedrooms, a built-in homework station, and egress windows make the basement feel like true living space. This home was gutted, reframed, reinforced with new beams, rewired (goodbye knob-and-tube), and fitted with solid-core doors, custom stairs and fresh wood paneling. But it is not all about design! For the car lover or RV owner: the oversized 6-car garage with car lift is a dream setup--paired with a new concrete driveway, newer roofs, and fresh stucco, what else would you need?
