Onboarding Guide

Fill out the Onboarding Survey
+ Please fill out the onboarding survey, so we have all your info
+ Please note, most of your onboarding will not occur until this is complete

West + Main Email Account
+ You will receive an invite to join our West + Main workspace to your personal email. The invite will instruct you to set up your account + reset your password.

Transferring Previous Emails
+ Many agents transferring from another brokerage that uses Gmail have used this Chrome Extension to migrate their emails to a new inbox
+ It does cost $15/month, but you can always sign up for it for the migration and then cancel once you've moved everything over
+ Pro tip: you might want to do a search for big emails first and delete them if you don't need them.

Slack
+ Accept your invite to join our team’s Slack account (westandmain.slack.com). Download the Slack app to your laptop and phone. Make sure all notifications are on.
+ Join all of the #channels
+ Jump into conversations and start direct messaging!

DORA Application
Create or transfer your account at DORA, which will process your Real Estate license.
+ Go to DORA Real Estate and follow the directions to apply for or transfer your license.
+ Then go to Online Services and click "Transfer / Activate / Inactivate License
+ Here is the information that you will need:
+ Office ID: WMAIN
+ Office License: EC100072347 (input into DORA without the letters)
+ Stacie ID: ER100010784 (Employer)

E+O Insurance
Purchase or transfer your E+O Insurance.
+ You can do this through Williams Underwriting, RISC, or CRES with a minimum coverage of $300,000.
+ This will cost around $300 per year, and will be pro-rated from January 1.

CTM Contract Software
+ Create or transfer Contract Creation Platform account at ctmecontracts.com
+ To transfer, select “Personal Info” and select red text to switch brokerages.
+ Once you get a confirmation email from CTM, confirm and update your info.
+ contact their Support Department if you get stuck, they are very responsive.
+ This will cost around $30/month.

Realtor Association Membership
+ Create or transfer your Realtor Association account. The Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) or the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA) are options.
+ To transfer in DMAR, log in to your account and select “Update Your Contact Information”
+ This will cost around $600/year, pro-rated from January 1, and will also include bundled membership to your State and National Association memberships.
+ We do not require you to belong to a Realtor Association to be an agent at West + Main Homes

MLS Access
+ Create or transfer your ReColorado account at recolorado.com - make sure to complete or update your Agent Profile while you’re there.

Property Showings
+ Create or Transfer your Showings account at showingtime.com
+ Change your email address and phone if needed, brokerage will update automatically

Complete Fairhaven Training
+ Agents who are Realtors should complete the Fairhaven Fair Housing Training. Learn more + get started

Connect with a Mentor!
If you are brand new to Real Estate, you are required to have a mentor, who will help you learn all of the ins + outs of your new career. 

Approve Your Welcome Graphics
+ Once your welcome graphics are approved, we’ll share them on our social media to spread the good news. We would love it if you did the same!

+ Accept your invite to join us on StackWrap
+ This is where we house all of our tech tools + creative resources. Click around and explore!

Website Access
+ Upon license activation, we will add you to the team page of our website
+ Within a week, the Luxury Presence team will create + activate your own personal website! You will receive a notification in your email once this is complete.

+ Please note: for compliance reasons, you won’t be added to the website until your license is active with West + Main Homes

Floor Shifts
+ Download the When I Work app to your phone and access at wheniwork.com
+ Accept your invite so you can pick up floor shifts!

+ Please note: for compliance reasons, you won’t be added to When I Work until your license is active with West + Main Homes

Listing Signage
+ West + Main owns all of the main panels so you'll only need to pay for sign install/removal and your personalized name riders! You can order your name rider ($20/each) through the SNG Signage Portal and we recommend getting 2 and putting this order in at least a week in advance of your first listing! These will be stored and billed through SNG signs.

Open House Signage + Fun Riders
