About Stefanie Rothbart

Born + raised in the Tri-State Area, Stefanie Rothbart is originally from Bethlehem, PA, and attended Penn State, where she received a BA in Advertising/Communication and a minor in Psychology and International Studies. After a 13-year career in NYC working in advertising at companies like CBS Television, Stefanie officially made the move to Denver with her college sweetheart, Ben.

 

Stefanie’s clients benefit not only from her love + knowledge of Denver Metro’s neighborhoods, but also from her extensive sales experience. After her time as an Advertising Account Executive, the transition to Real Estate was a natural one as this allowed Stefanie to put her contract, negotiation, and client relationship skills to use. Stefanie officially made the jump in 2022, following in her mother's + aunt's footsteps (who have been licensed for over 25 years!) to become a NAR Member and help make Real Estate dreams come true.

 

When Stefanie isn’t helping folks make smooth moves + investments, you’ll find her spending time outside as a family, reading + going to the library, cooking, and taking road trips. Stefanie also loves interior decorating and is passionate about helping friends + family create unique spaces that reflect their different tastes in decor.
