About Rylie Brooks

Colorado born and raised, Rylie now calls Lakewood home with her wife Bri and their sweet dog, Oakley. At West + Main Homes, she's the person behind the curtain making sure 400 agents have the tools, systems, and support they need to thrive. She runs operations and tech for the brokerage, curates the education calendar, and leads the mentorship program. Her favorite part? Watching agents grow, connect, and cheer each other on.

Real estate runs in her family, and she's been part of the West + Main crew since 2017. Her economics and MIS degree from the University of Oklahoma means she genuinely gets excited about a clean workflow or a well-built dashboard. That love of a good system carries beyond the office, too: she heads up content for Genuine Hustle, a real estate conference, and serves as Marketing Director for her barn, Wild Rose Ranch.

Speaking of the barn, that's where you'll find her most of the time. Rylie competes in Hunter/Jumper, which, it turns out, takes the same mix of planning, precision, and nerve as launching new tech to a few hundred agents.
