About Patrick Karbon

My name is Patrick, and I'm originally from Dearborn, Michigan. In 1998, I was drawn to the mountains and moved to Summit County to teach snowboarding at Breckenridge. In the summer of 2001, I returned home to finish College at U of M-Dearborn and later began investing in distressed houses in Detroit (Licensed in 2010).

 

As I studied for the Colorado Broker exam, I got a job managing a friend’s bar in the northern Denver neighborhood, Globeville. Because of my experience with Investment Properties in Detroit, I was instantly attracted to the area and immersed myself in Globeville, Swansea/Elyria, and the nearby RiNo, Cole/Clayton Areas, and helped Buyers and Sellers who needed a specialist with those types of properties.

 

I strongly believe that as Real Estate professionals, we have a duty to go out of our way to exhibit Honesty and Integrity, and you will only work with someone you know, like, and trust.
