About Patricia Du Toit

Patricia is originally from the East Coast. When she was 10 years old, her family visited a dude ranch in Colorado, and after that trip, she knew she was meant to be a mountain girl. After completing her university degree and traveling throughout the U.S. and much of the world, she and her husband and children settled in Northern Colorado in 2009.

 

Real estate has always been a part of Patricia's life. She was raised in a family of NAR Members and homebuilders. In Colorado, Patricia and her husband have remodeled two old farmhouses and built another home in NoCo. She brings skills to real estate from her years of teaching children and adults, where she excels in supporting each individual and their specific needs. She is passionate about helping others fulfill their dreams and create a home. Patricia is eager to help make home buying/selling an enjoyable and exciting experience while providing exceptional service. She is well acquainted with children and youth activities in the area and finds great joy in helping families thrive in their communities.

 

In her spare time you will find Patricia cheering on the sidelines of her children’s soccer games, dance performances, and music concerts. She is also an avid runner, mountain biker, backpacker, traveler, and has just recently joined a pickleball group.
