Hi, I’m Maria. I’m a real estate agent (since 2019) who previously worked in software development for seven years. I'm a mom to three boys—so I’m fluent in negotiation, conflict resolution, and functioning under extreme noise levels. My Oura ring tells me I have a very high resilience level.Originally from Stamford, Connecticut, I moved to Colorado after college in 2013 and now live in Wash Park. I’m married to a software development manager who loves spreadsheets.When I’m not helping people buy or sell homes or running around with my kiddos, you’ll find me reading or listening to romantasy books (because dragons + romance = self-care), cooking and eating really good food, or going on walks with my family to burn off said food—and the kids’ endless energy. I also play tennis and have become quite addicted to it.I took a scenic route from software development to real estate, and along the way, I discovered an interest in investing in properties.
