I am not your typical real estate agent. I am a specialist — and the distinction matters deeply to the clients I serve.

With 17 years of real estate experience in the South Denver Metro and 5 years dedicated exclusively to the 55+ market, I have built my entire practice around one mission: guiding older adults and their families through one of life's most significant transitions with clarity, compassion, and complete confidence.

I hold two of the most advanced senior housing credentials in the industry. The SRES( Senior Real Estate Specialist)  is the real estate profession's recognized standard for working with older adults. The CSHP   ( Certified Senior Housing Professional) is the advanced designation above it, requiring mastery of the full senior housing continuum, family dynamics, legal and financial planning awareness, and the development of a fully vetted professional support network. I hold both. In the South Denver Metro, very few agents can say the same.

My approach goes far beyond the transaction. When a 55+ homeowner works with me, they gain access to a carefully screened network of estate sale specialists, senior move managers, downsizing organizers, elder law attorneys, and financial advisors — professionals who have earned their place in my network because my clients' trust demands nothing less. I coordinate every piece of the transition so my clients can focus on what matters most: their next chapter.

My commitment to this work is deeply personal. My passion for serving older adults was born from a painful family experience — watching my mother-in-law navigate a major housing transition without the right advocate in her corner. The consequences were devastating: over $160,000 in lost home equity, a mismanaged estate sale, and a dangerous breach of trust by those entrusted to help. That experience changed everything. It is the reason I chose this niche, earned every credential available, and built the vetted support system I bring to every client relationship today.

I am based in Littleton with West and Main Homes and serve 55+ homeowners across the South Denver Metro — including Highlands Ranch, Parker, Lone Tree, Centennial, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Castle Rock, and surrounding communities.
