Kerry is a licensed real estate agent with West + Main Homes, a Colorado-based, woman-owned brokerage. She brings a thoughtful, personal approach to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process, grounded in careful listening, honest communication, and dedicated advocacy.

Her perspective is shaped by more than five years of real estate investing, experience as a landlord, and leading the design of her own home renovations—including an extensive fix-and-flip in Indian Hills. She understands that a home is both a deeply personal place and an important financial investment.

Kerry is also a Licensed Feng Shui Practitioner of Essential Feng Shui through the Western School of Feng Shui, bringing her background in design, staging, and Feng Shui into her real estate practice. This unique perspective allows her to look beyond the transaction and consider how a home feels, functions, presents, and supports the people who live there.

For sellers, Kerry brings a discerning eye to preparing and staging a home to create an inviting first impression. For buyers, she takes the time to understand not only what they’re looking for in a property, but how they want to live in it.

Before entering real estate, Kerry spent 30 years as a learning specialist, supporting children and families through evaluation, advocacy, and guidance. That experience continues to shape her work through compassionate listening, organization, thoughtful problem-solving, and genuine advocacy.
