About Kendra Wall

Kendra is a 3rd generation native of the Denver Metro Area and has spent 20 years in residential real estate in both San Francisco + Colorado. She services the Denver Metro Area, Boulder, and surrounding communities such as Erie, Lafayette, and Louisville.  

 

Kendra understands the unique historical character of each neighborhood, but has the benefit of the eye of a newcomer, which is especially helpful for those transitioning from out of town. She can also educate buyers on current trends and investment potential with a more robust knowledge of how Denver fits into overall market trends. Kendra will always put her client first and is a trusted advisor, not a salesperson.

 

Before moving to Denver, Kendra was dubbed one of the Top Producing agents by both San Francisco's Vanguard Properties’ prestigious Top 21 Club between 2008-2012 and "Top Ten" at Climb Real Estate group in 2013 and 2014, where she was a founding broker. Kendra has amassed over $100 million in transactions in her 12-year career. Kendra resides in the Berkeley neighborhood in North Denver and loves the revitalization of Tennyson Street and being close to where her dad grew up in the 1950s. Kendra loves the energy of Denver and spends her free time exploring the local breweries, local art galleries, and dynamic food scene, as well as attending the many historic live music venues of Denver.

 

She is an avid pool player and lover of all things design. She gets outside and enjoys our 330+ days of sun by hiking in the mountains, walking her dog in the numerous open spaces, parks, and paths in and around Denver, and camping when she has time.
