Her MBA and analytical brain support data-driven decision making and confidence in negotiation. Julie really knows homes inside and out, and with 8+ years working in design and remodeling with her general contractor partner, she's well-versed in new construction, major remodels, and building idiosyncrasies. She also owns investment property and enjoys supporting buyers and sellers in this market, as well as second homes or vacation/Airbnb properties.

A native of Minnesota, she has lived in Boulder, attended grad school in Denver, and currently resides just west of Golden for closer access to hiking and snowboarding. She works throughout the entire Denver/Boulder metro and foothills. When not zooming between houses or analyzing comparable sales, Julie spends her free time doing anything outside, reading books, listening to podcasts, cooking spicy food, and playing with her mini Aussie Blue.
