About Jenelle Arthur

Hello! My name is Jenelle Arthur and I have been in Real Estate since 2016. I have helped countless clients purchase and sell their homes. I have a background in education, and that is my focus with client education and understanding the market. I take market education very seriously, as there are so many variables to what makes sense for each client’s unique situation. I tell my clients that my goal for them is to find a house with enough value that it would sell even when other houses don’t. As we tour homes, I point out things they might not have considered that will make their purchase more marketable in the future to the next buyer. Balancing what a client needs now, while anticipating what their future needs may be, is what makes a great investment. No client or situation is the same, and I love that!

 

I enjoy writing a contract/offer that makes a deal come together, all the while protecting my client through the legal process of buying or selling. My undergraduate degree from Colorado State University had a major focus on law, and this helps me with the finer points of Colorado Real Estate Law. Writing and understanding the Colorado Real Estate contracts is a passion of mine, just ask my mentees! I have mentored many new agents through West + Main’s Mentorship Program, furthering my education focus. I hold a certification as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert from the National Association of REALTORS®. Any deal has to work for everyone involved, or it’s not a good deal.

 

When I’m not busy with Real Estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 22+ years, our two nearly grown boys, and our two dogs. We love camping at the lake with friends, traveling around Europe, and just spending time together in the mountains of our beautiful state of Colorado.
