Hi! I’m Janell Arant, a Top 10 NAR Member with West + Main Homes and a proud Colorado native. I’ve had the privilege of living all across the Denver Metro area, but I specialize in serving clients in Castle Rock, Larkspur, Castle Pines, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, and Parker. Before diving into real estate, I worked as a Residential Appraiser for Douglas County, gaining invaluable expertise in property valuation, tax appeals, and navigating the dynamic market, from new construction to luxury homes.

 

My passion lies in helping and serving others, and I thrive on building strong, meaningful connections with my clients.
