About Jackie Weinhold

Jackie Weinhold is an Arvada-based REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers throughout the Denver Metro area. In five years in real estate, she has twice earned West + Main Homes’ quarterly Top 25 Agent award. She is known for giving clients a clear plan, honest advice and close attention to the details that can shape a sale or purchase.

For sellers, Jackie’s work begins before the home goes on the market. She helps identify which improvements are worth making, coordinates the home’s presentation, and develops a pricing and marketing strategy around its strongest features and likely buyers. If the timing is not right, she will say so. Her goal is for clients to understand both the plan and the reasoning behind it.

For buyers, Jackie looks beyond the listing photos. She helps clients compare neighborhoods, assess a home’s condition and weigh the tradeoffs that will matter after move-in. She also works with people relocating to Colorado, giving them local context and practical guidance as they get to know the Denver Metro area.

Jackie holds the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. She also brings more than 20 years of contract negotiation and marketing experience from her previous career, skills she uses when positioning properties, evaluating offers and advocating for her clients.

A Colorado resident for more than 20 years, Jackie is active in Arvada’s business and housing community. Outside of real estate, she enjoys time with her family, exploring Colorado and discovering new restaurants.
