Hi! I’m Erica K. and I am so thrilled to be part of the West + Main team! In addition to the awesome tools we are provided, I also come with 6 years in Real Estate Sales and 22 years in Interior Design, Construction, General Contracting and Construction work. There is not a house that I can’t figure out how to make better via remodeling, organization, color, or staging. Inspection Report got you down and need a second opinion? Feel free to reach out! Same with house potential and staging. For 18 ½ y, I have been based in Grand County (Winter Park, Fraser, Granby, Grand Lake and all the spaces in-between) and still do Real Estate Sales there.
