About Courtney VanHooser

Courtney VanHooser was born + raised in Oklahoma, where she spent the first 30 years of her life. After living throughout the state + spending some time in Texas, the mountains were calling to Courtney to make Colorado her forever home. Since 2020, Courtney has called the lovely Northern Colorado town of Berthoud home.

 

Having grown up in the world of Real Estate, Courtney is now fulfilling her dream of helping folks buy + sell as a licensed agent. From first time homebuyer to seasoned investor, Courtney prides herself on ensuring her clients are well-informed + comfortable throughout the process. In addition to real estate, Courtney owns an online women’s boutique which is named after one of her sweet German Shepherds.

 

When Courtney isn’t helping people make smooth moves + transitions, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and pup, Enzo. On a Saturday morning Courtney will be hitting balls at the driving range, crafting, or checking out one of her favorite local shops. Courtney has also participated in pageants throughout her live, and was recently selected as Mrs. Berthoud. You can see her compete for Mrs. Colorado in April of 2025!
