About Colin Glover

As a second-generation Colorado State University alumnus, Fort Collins has always felt like home. After spending time in other cities, I ultimately returned to Northern Colorado to put down roots and build a business doing what I love, helping people find the right place to call home.

I chose to live and work in Fort Collins for the opportunities it offers: a strong sense of community, an entrepreneurial spirit, and unparalleled access to the outdoors. What’s kept me here, though, is the people. My goal with every client is to help them find that same sense of connection and belonging in the community they choose.

Before transitioning into real estate, I worked in property management and construction management in San Francisco and Denver, with a focus on green building and energy-efficient renovation in both residential and multifamily properties. In 2016, I found my true calling as a Realtor. After eight years at another firm, I joined West + Main in 2024—drawn by a shared commitment to thoughtful service, strong values, and industry-leading tools and marketing.

By combining my background in property management with my brokerage experience, I take a collaborative, strategic approach to helping clients buy and sell homes, investment properties, and vacation homes. I also enjoy helping homeowners increase comfort, reduce utility costs, and add long-term value through energy-efficient improvements and renewable energy options.

Outside of real estate, I’m an avid fly angler and serve on the Board of Trustees for the local chapter of Trout Unlimited and the Coalition for the Poudre River Watershed. My interest in water extends into my professional work as well—I’m well versed in Colorado water rights and enjoy educating clients on how they impact property ownership. When time allows, you’ll find me on the Cache la Poudre River or the Big Thompson River, and I’m always happy to take clients or friends out for a day on the water.
