Clarissa Thomas made the move from Kansas to Colorado in 2006 and never looked back. It came from years of studying integrative health and working closely with families — learning to read people, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems creatively when things get hard. Which in real estate, they always do.

She made that leap herself, and she's walked plenty of people through not just buying a home but actually landing — figuring out which neighborhood fits your life, not just your budget.
