About Andrea Rainier

Andrea Rainier brings her fun-in-the-sun, skiing-in-the-trees, and diving-in-the-waves adventurous spirit to finding just the right house for you. Andrea started her Real Estate career as a closer from the world of title company transactions. And as a closer, she has a demonstrated attention to detail and a strong understanding for what it takes to pull a deal together. Andrea will use her excellent communication skills to make sure you understand each step of the buying/selling process and to ensure your contracts flow smoothly. 

 

Wrangling three children has taught her the art of negotiation, balancing of wants and needs, managing expectations and finding the fun in everything. Andrea grew up in Boulder County, Colorado and has always stayed close to home. She graduated from UNC with a degree in Psychology. Then started working for the Title industry before starting a family. She and her husband like to tackle interior and exterior design projects as well as manage their plethora of pets, including chickens! Andrea is excited to use her love for all houses—new, old, and fixer-uppers—to help you find the right one for you.
